This is how we propose to organise the new website. Each coloured column is a section of the menu, with its pages beneath it.
- Move a page: drag its card and drop it under another page. Pages under a page hang from it on a coloured line.
- Join a page to another: drag it onto the other page’s card and drop it in the box that appears. It then sits in that card under “Joined into this page”, and no longer has a page of its own.
- Remove a page: click its ×. It moves to “Not carrying over” at the bottom, where you can bring it back.
- Rename a page, add a note, or move it without dragging: click the page.

Under a page: a page of its own, reached from the page above it
Joined into a page: its content moves into that page, so it has no page of its own
Your callYour decision whether to keep it
Not carrying over
These pages stay on the current website and retire with it. To keep one, drag it back onto the sitemap, or click it and choose where it goes.
Each “View current page” link opens that page on the current website in a new tab.
